THE STRENGTH BEHIND OPERATION MILITARY FAMILY

Timothy R. Knapp, CFP®: ADVISORY BOARD CHAIR President of Asset Management Strategies, Inc., a firm that specializes in investment and wealth preservation strategies with millions under management. Mr. Knapp is the past Chairman of the Board for Northwest Family Life, a domestic violence agency, serves on the Advisory Board for Business and Management for Northwest University and assists as an SME in both business and DV protocol issues.

 

Major General (Ret.) Bob Dees: President of RFD, LLC, a firm that serves a variety of constituents in the areas of business, defense, counterterrorism, and care for military troops and families. His military education includes the Infantry Officer Basic and Advanced Courses, the US Army Command and General Staff College, and the Industrial College of the Armed Forces. He was also a Research Fellow at the Royal College of Defence Studies in London and is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Virginia.  MG Dees also served as Executive Director, Defense Strategies, for Microsoft Corporation. He assists OMF on both family and business strategies.

 

Diane Ridgway:  former senior level federal employee. Ms. Ridgway serves as a subject matter expert/technical advisor in areas of strategic planning/project planning and development, marketing/business development, human resources management, financial planning/multimillion-dollar P & L management, contract management and administration of multimillion dollar, multiple award IDIQ performance based, non-personal services.

 

Buzz Leonard: Business Strategist. Mr. Leonard, with his 20+ year career experience with running a public company and managing several growth-stage entities assists OMF with its operations and financial organizational structure.  His experience also serves to assist with proper reporting of regulatory reporting & compliance audits, operational audits, and risk control self-assessments.

 

Jay and Kathy Jenkins: Channel Experts and Content Management. Mr. & Mrs. Jenkins, both veterans of the armed services, provide OMF with IT Enterprise solution experience as well as federal grant management expertise. The husband/wife team also serves on the content review and development committee as well as the speakers’ circuit.
