CEO/Founder: Mike Schindler is a Navy veteran, who authored the well-endorsed book, "Operation Military Family." He handles all oversight and day to day management of Operation Military Family, LLC and ConduitV, Inc. Prior to founding the company, Mike served as the lead executive for a software development company. Over the past 16 years, Mike has kept a pulse on military family life, co-wrote several recognized military family curricula, writes the popular The Military Wire blog and travels the country getting relationships "Battle-Ready" for multiple deployments and reintegration into civilian life. He is the recipient of several state and national awards for Patriotism. Mike and his wife are committed to excellence in their own relationship and in the raising of their two daughters.

Directors of Training/Curriculum: Jay and Kathy Jenkins are a husband and wife team, both veterans and serve as project leads for new curriculum development, program partnership and cirricula implementation. Jay has a background in the aerospace industry and Kathy extensive knowledge of federal organizational oversight. Jay and Kathy work aggressively to keep all relationships "battle ready."

National Director, Coaching: Chaplain Tim May (LCDR, USN) is the Founder and Director of (S2S) Shoulder2Shoulder Military Coaching, a division of OMF. The easy to implement leadership and peer to peer coaching and training program is designed for churches, small businesses and large corporations. S2S builds support networks of trainers across the country. He continues to serve as a reserve Navy chaplain and is married to his college sweetheart. Tim and his wife are the proud parents of a son and daughter.

Director of Speakers Bureau: Ms. Margaret Perugini is the gatekeeper to the team and works with clients who want to close the gap between military and corporate life. She handles inquiries for booking our speakers and trainers. She is the former CEO of Andy Mirkovich Productions, a full service events and talent agency. Ms. Perugini served alongside her husband as an Air Force spouse and now gets to work with Army and Navy veterans.
